Dr. Gorospe has a diverse background covering retail pharmacy, long-term care, mental health, the pharmaceutical industry, and managed care consulting, as well as Medicaid and Medicare public policy in his more than 40 years of pharmacy experience.

Dr. Gorospe established Gorospe Solutions LLC in 2014, providing consulting services to various segments health care industry. Consulting activities include pharmaceutical market analytics; analysis and recommendations on corporate acquisitions; analysis of government program policies, statutes and regulations and the development of implementation and compliance strategies for affected entities.  Dr. Gorospe also provides litigation expert witness support.

Dr. Gorospe's clients include government agencies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, managed care plans, pharmacy benefit managers, advocacy groups, healthcare providers, investment firms and professional associations.  

Dr. Gorospe's background includes work in mental health and geriatric medicine, as a long-term care consultant pharmacist in the private sector and as the pharmacy administrator of the California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) Program.
